Andrew Brady - Co-Chair

Andrew is co-chair of Roc City Coalition. Andrew grew up in Irondequoit and after attending Cornell University, moved to Massachusetts before returning to Rochester in 2012.
Since then, he has taken on leadership roles in the community including as a board member of Junior Achievement, Conscious Capitalism Rochester, Rochester Young Professionals and NextGen Rochester in addition to his involvement with the RocCity Coalition and the Vision 2025 project. He is the President and CEO of The XLR8 Team, a company that helps leaders to build purposeful companies with values-driven cultures. He recently received a Masters in Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania.
