The Rochester Intercollegiate Council serves the Universities and Colleges of the Rochester region with the mission of:

• Serving as an advocate for students to local and state governments.

• Maintaining communication with the Student Governments, or student body representative organization, of each participating University/College.

• Building community through cross-promotion of campus events and initiatives.

• Collaborating on the issues and problems that face students residing within the Rochester region.
