The Research Phase will kick off with a community-wide survey, to be rolled out in March 2015.
- The project is designed to take 1 year, with each phase lasting about 4 months.
- The first step is identifying key areas to focus on for rest of the project. The initial survey will help us grasp the breadth of our task, and we’ll explore the data in more detail with the use of focus groups.
- Once we’re done, we’ll report back to the community, and host a forum to discuss our findings and obtain your feedback. Our goal is to build consensus before moving into the next phase.
