Vision 2025’s three phases involve researching the current state of the young professional community, setting a vision for its future, and developing an action plan that RocCity Coalition can follow.
- Our community visioning process has 5 phases: Initiation, Research, Visioning, Action Planning, Implementation.
- The Vision 2025 project focuses on the middle 3 phases – determining our current conditions, setting the vision, and developing an action plan.
- The bulk of the work will be performed by special project teams of dedicated young professionals: the Advisory Committee, the Research Committee, the Outreach Committee, and the Young Professional Group Champions.
